Apologies if this has already been asked for many other times, doesn't hurt to make some noise about it.
I would love it if Adobe introduced gap closing much like you can do on Premier Pro, where you double click in the gaps, and hit delete and it budges the rushes, or in this case, the waveforms right up to each other. Feel like this could save loads of time!
Zooming in and out, and selecting in some cases hours of chopped audio can become a little stressful that a mistake can get made down the line when going back and editing amends.
(Still scarred from the bug where it was moving things out of time and not in sync when snap was on)
